  • The Pennsylvania Bar Association Committee on Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility issued an opinion last week on the ethical obligations of maintaining a virtual law office in the state. In Opinion 2010-200, the Committee concluded that virtual law practice is permitted in Pennsylvania.
