TEANECK -- A technician at a Cedar Lane pharmacy has been arrested on charges of submitting fraudulent prescriptions to obtain more than 36,000 oxycodone pills in the last 10 months, authorities said.
Gina Moreno, 29, of Fort Lee, allegedly submitted prescriptions at Alvin's Pharmacy under fake names and then paid cash, said Detective Lt. Andrew McGurr of the Teaneck police. Moreno used prescription pads that she somehow obtained under two different doctors' names, he said.
