LOS ANGELES - When "As the World Turns" concludes its 54-year run in September, it will be replaced by an hour-long daily talk show with six celebrity co-hosts - all women, an echo of ABC's popular "The View" series. CBS announced Wednesday that the hosts of the as-yet untitled show include Sharon Osbourne; Sara Gilbert of TV's "Roseanne" fame; Holly Robinson Peete from "Celebrity Apprentice;" Broadway actress Marissa Jaret Winokur; Leah Remini of "The King of Queens;" and Julie Chen, who hosts CBS' "Big Brother" and "The Early Show.

ABC is adding one show to the five it picked up late last month, ordering 13 episodes of a comedy called "In the Motherhood. The show, based on a Web series of the same name, follows the travails of three moms, played by Chelsea Handler, Leah Remini and Jenny McCarthy. However, not all three actresses may make the transition to the TV series.

Shows worth tuning in this week: THE KING OF QUEENSAfter being approached by a wig maker about his wife's gorgeous hair, Doug (Kevin James) convinces Carrie (Leah Remini) to cut her mane so they'll make big money. But she gets a haircut so dreadful (aren't there any good hair salons in Queens these days?), neither one has much fun on the cruise they take with the money from the sale. You know a show is getting old when a story line is just too preposterous to be real. It's worth noting, however, that Pat Harrington Jr. ("One Day at a Time") drops by to visit Arthur (Jerry Stiller) while they're gone, and Robert Goulet plays himself, as a cruise crooner.
