RICHMOND - On Monday, Sept. 19, Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) recognized 40 local law enforcement officers from Richmond, Chesterfield, Henrico, Hanover, Goochland, Powhatan, Dinwiddie, Petersburg, Prince George, New Kent, Surry, Sussex, Hopewell, Emporia, and Colonial Heights for their outstanding work to stop drunk driving and underage drinking. Keynote Speaker, Chief Douglas Middleton from Henrico County thanked the officers for their efforts to reduce alcohol related fatalities and injuries in Virginia.
