With an opening anticipated in just a few weeks, the Lancaster County Convention Center Authority on Thursday moved to tie up loose ends before the ribbon is cut.
The board approved $7 million in financing to pay builders and $1 million to fund center staff salaries, voted to hold open the timeline for legal claims against the architect and, it was announced, reached a final agreement to hand off control of a group of historic buildings slated for a museum.
