Ramsey-based Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. Inc. on Thursday said it has bought a California company to expand its computer network services offerings. Terms for the acquisition were not disclosed.
All Covered Inc. of Redwood City, Calif., provides computer and network services for more than 2,000 clients, which are generally small and midsize businesses with 20 to 100 employees. All Covered has 300 full-time employees and 21 offices across the country, including one in Piscataway.

Ramsey-based Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. Inc. said Monday that it agreed to two purchases. Konica said it will buy Phoenix-based Hughes-Calihan, a document and information solutions provider, to boost its presence in the growing Southwestern market. Konica also said it signed a strategic relationship agreement with St. Petersburg, Fla.-based Danka Business Systems PLC, one of the largest independent suppliers of office imaging solutions in the U.S.
