MILLERSVILLE - Three people suffered fatal injuries Saturday in separate road accidents in Pasadena, Annapolis and Shady Side.
Terry Elvin Potts, 26, of Glen Burnie suffered fatal injuries when his car veered off the road and struck a utility pole just before 3 a.m. on Shady Side Road. He died Sunday afternoon at the Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, said Margery Cox, his grandmother.

POMONA: Two people were killed Saturday morning after their small plane crashed in the hills above Pomona, authorities said.
The victims were described as a man and a woman. Their names were unavailable.

Monica Swanson was was taken to Memorial Hospital shortly after the crash, which happened at about 3:20 p.m. Saturday, according to the Colorado Springs Police Department.

Police have identified the woman killed in a motorcycle crash Saturday as 40-year-old Kandace J. Fisher of Eldorado.

A 17-year-old girl who died in a one vehicle crash in rural El Paso County late Saturday has been identified as 17-year old Sirena Gomez, of Peyton.
According to the Colorado State Patrol, Gomez was driving a Saturn L300 car south on Curtis Road about 11:50 p.m.. According to the state patrol, she was driving fast and when the car got near the intersection of Garrett road, she steered to the left, sending her car rotating counter clockwise.
