Kelly Ann Clark, 34, of 2765 Summer Drive, died Friday morning, Sept. 10, 2004, at home.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Mueller Memorial Chapel at Linwood Cemetery, where friends may call after noon Tuesday. Burial will be in Linwood Cemetery. The Behr Funeral Home, 1491 Main St., is in charge of arrangements.
