A former Colorado Springs police officer accused of molesting 22 children at Horace Mann Middle School used a video camera to record some of the alleged assaults in his office, investigators said. The new allegation emerged Friday during a key court hearing for Joshua Carrier, 30, a former school resource officer and volunteer wrestling coach at Mann who resigned in June amid a spiraling police investigation.

Transactions that claim inappropriate tax benefits are a perennial problem.
