BEAUFORT" - Joseph Cedar (at right), a New York-bom Orthodox Jew, is three-for-three with his latest film, "Beaufort", which follows his previously outstanding "Time of Favor" (2000) and Campfire" (2004).

IN INTERVIEWS, JOSEPH Cedar (who is now three-for-three after his outstanding "Time of Favor" , JEWISH STAR Feb. 9, 2001, and "Campfire"), has described "Beaufort" as a universal work about the waste and futility of war.
