Eighty-one Democrats in the House, including a fair number of liberals like Patrick Kennedy, D- R.I., Ed Markey, D-Mass., and Carolyn Maloney, D-N.Y., endorsed a "Joint Resolution to Authorize the Use of United States Armed Forces Against Iraq.
