Criminal LawDrug TraffickingSufficiency Of EvidenceAccomplice Liability Where evidence in a drug trafficking case showed that the defendant was present and had a "dealer's amount" of crack cocaine in his pocket and near him in a room where ingredients and equipment suggested that the drug was being manufactured and that the defendant was associating with people involved in the manufacturing, under an accomplice theory of liability the state did not need to prove that the defendant personally manufactured crack cocaine, and the evidence was sufficient to sustain his first-degree trafficking conviction.Judgment is affirmed. WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS Its been well chronicled that theres no Tiger as the inaugural Greenbrier Classic tees off at 7 this morning. It doesnt matter. Even the not-so young among the lions of the PGA Tour seem ready to devour the inviting Old White. After they played Wednesday pro-am rounds on the par-70, 7,031-yard historic layout, Jim Furyk and Matt Kuchar made an echo that bounced off the surrounding Greenbrier County mountains. Its a fun course, Furyk and Kuchar ranked sixth and seventh in Tour winnings in 2010 said in separate interviews. While you cant quite translate fun as easy, the Old White seems to skew that way. In the pro-am, Brandt Snedeker posted a 61. David Toms was one shot back at 8-under. The aged C.B. Macdonald and Seth Raynor design with a Lester George redesign ...

HUMBLE, Texas - PGA Tour rookie Chris Kirk shot a 3-under 69 to take a one-stroke lead over defending champion Anthony Kim and 2008 winner Johnson Wagner after two rounds at the Houston Open.

HUMBLE, Texas -- Johnson Wagner says he's struggled too much on the PGA Tour to apologize when things finally go his way.
Wagner got lucky bounces on two tee shots and shot a 3-under 69 on Saturday to take a one-shot lead over Chad Campbell after the third round of the Houston Open. The 28-year-old Wagner, winless in 43 career starts, had a 15-under 201 total.

Johnson Wagner was right at home in the PGA Tour's Byron Nelson Championship back in May. While he didn't finish in the top 10, four rounds of shooting 70 or lower was a sign of turning the corner.
Wagner shot a 5-under 275 at the Four Seasons Resort Las Colinas in Irving, Texas, just a few hours southeast of his Amarillo hometown.

Somerville's Kevin Foley represents New Jersey's best chance to win the 106th Metropolitan Golf Association Amateur Championship.
The Amateur runs Thursday through Sunday at Friar's Head Country Club in Baiting Hollow, N.Y., and Foley is bidding to become the first player to win two MGA majors in the same season since PGA Tour regular Johnson Wagner did it in 2002.
