ORRVILLE -- John P. Stanton, age 55, of Orrville, died at his residence on Aug. 26, 2011, following a courageous battle with cancer.
He was born on Sept. 16, 1955, in Orrville, the son of John P. and Mary (Forrer) Stanton. He was united in marriage to Diana Fiscus on April 30, 1977, in Orrville. She survives.
