CHESAPEAKE - , retired attorney and counselor at law and colonel, U.S. Army Reserves, retired JAG Corps., died on June 6, 2010. He was born July 28, 1933, in Englewood, N.J., to Dr. Albert Williams Cloud and Phoebe Moorhead Cloud. Jack was a graduate of Phillips Academy Andover, 1951, Princeton University, 1955, and the University of Virginia Law School, 1958. He came to Norfolk in 1959 as an associate with the law firm of Sewell, McCoy, Winston & Dalton and later was with Preston, Preston & Wilson.
