WOOSTER -- John Williams Carney, 92, of Wooster, passed away Thursday, Aug. 12, 2010, at Smithville-Western Care Center.
He was born Sept. 28, 1917, in Littleton, W.Va., the son of Leslie H. and Rosa Williams Carney. He was married to Etta Belcher for 49 years. She died Oct. 4, 2004.
