Found: Patricia Nester of North Haven wrote that she was fortunate to dine at the Union League Cafe, 1032 Chapel St. in New Haven. Her entree, Pan-Roasted King Atlantic Salmon With Ragout of Brussels Sprouts and Pearl Onions With Pommerey Mustard Sauce, was delicious, and she would like to make it at home. I asked chef and owner Jean-Pierre Vuillermet for the recipe and he happily obliged: PAN-ROASTED SALMON WITH RAGOUT OF BRUSSELS SPROUTS AND PEARL ONIONS WITH POMMEREY MUSTARD SAUCE

ORADELL - Bergen Catholic senior Wolf Jean-Pierre picked the right day to start believing in himself.
With Brian Cushing and Jim Dray both banged up, Jean-Pierre lifted the Crusaders to a 34-14 football victory over Seton Hall Prep in the Non-Public Group 4 quarterfinals with his five touchdowns, tying the school record. The fourth-seeded Crusaders (8- 2), ranked No. 4 in The Record's Top 25, will travel to top-seeded St. Peter's Prep next weekend.
