, of Redlands, California, went to join his Heavenly Father on September 8, 2011. He was born February 23, 1921, in Denton, Texas, and had been a resident of Redlands for 40 years.
James proudly served as an officer in the United States Air Force for over 30 years where he flew in the Berlin Airlift during World War II. He was headquartered in Japan during the Korean War and flew many rescue missions bringing out the wounded military and fleeing refugees. He ended his career by serving his last tour of duty in Vietnam prior to retirement. He retired from Norton Air Force Base in San Bernardino in 1971 and became a Redlands resident.

Mr. James William "Jim" Reynolds of Reynolds Plantation in Greensboro, died Sunday, July 9, 2006.
Services will be held on Thursday, July 13, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church of Greensboro. Family and friends will be received afterwards in the church's Family Life Center.
