NEW YORK (HedgeWorld.com) - A statement of principles that should govern the relationship between individual investors and the distributors of structured products urges that the distributors be forthcoming on a range of issues including fees and potential secondary markets. The statement was released as an exposure draft Monday [May 12] by a coalition of industry associations.
