World leaders must make good on promises in Pittsburgh next week, international policy experts said Wednesday.
Summits in Washington and London produced talk about solving problems, but it's time for action when heads of state gather for the Group of 20 summit here, said Andrew F. Cooper, associate director and distinguished fellow at the Centre for International Governance Innovation, a policy group in Waterloo, Ontario.
