The analogy is correct. I think this president is looking to expand the war. His comments about Iran and Syria were not conciliatory. He's rattling the saber at a time when saber-rattling hurts our troops. It's the kind of tough talk that dragged us into this war, the same braggadocio that doesn't pass for statecraft, but shows an administration that's out of control. The Obama administration's new space policy, released just this week, emphasizes international cooperation and suggests the possibility of a treaty to limit space-based weapons. This draft guidance has been developed for veterinary use by the International Cooperation on Harmonisation of Technical Requirements for Registration of Veterinary Medicinal Products (VICH). This draft VICH guidance document is intended to provide recommendations on how to use stability data generated in accordance with the principles detailed in the VICH guidance entitled ``Stability Testing of New Veterinary Drug Substances and Medicinal Products, GL3(R)'' to propose a retest period or shelf life in a registration application.
