WASHINGTON, July 18, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- On July 15, Samsung LED Co., Ltd. filed a complaint with the United States International Trade Commission ("ITC") in which it has requested the ITC to issue an exclusion order barring importation of products of OSRAM, OSRAM Opto Semiconductors, and OSRAM Sylvania Inc. into the United States. Samsung LED also filed suit for patent infringement in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware to seek damages and a permanent injunction barring OSRAM's infringement.
