The Harmless Fluffy Bunnies are on a mission. This little-known University of Wisconsin-Madison team hopes to use its problem-solving and code-writing skills to make a big splash at the Big Dance of the college computing world: the Association for Computing Machinery International Collegiate Programming Contest World Finals.

The opening of China, India and Russia means that young people in these countries can increasingly plug and play -- connect, collaborate and compete -- more easily and cheaply than ever before.
