National basketball awards to be presented in OKCOKLAHOMA CITY - Four national college basketball awards will be presented annually at an event in Oklahoma City on the Monday after the NCAA Men's Final Four ends, it was announced Monday.The first Devon Energy Basketball Awards event is scheduled April 15. The name of the new awards event, formally known as the Wayman Tisdale Awards Gala, was unveiled at the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum, the site of the 2013 gala.
