The plaintiff suffered a work-related shoulder injury that required surgery. His health insurer, Blue Cross, initially paid his medical bills.

  • MADISON -- An arbitrated settlement gives town school teachers general raises of nearly 7 percent over three years, increases their health insurance premium contributions and extends their work day by 15 minutes.
