A former stockbroker who said he obtained advance copies of Business Week was charged with insider trading for buying shares of companies that received favorable mention in the magazine's "Inside Wall Street" column.
The ex-broker, David Pajcin of Clifton, told an unnamed witness he paid an employee of a Wisconsin plant where Business Week is printed to steal copies of the magazine for him hours before they hit the newsstand, a criminal complaint unsealed Wednesday in New York said.
