The outlook for office, industrial and retail space in several Southeastern US cities is presented. The Baltimore office market vacancy rate rose slightly in the fourth quarter of last year to 13.9%, according to a CB Richard Ellis report. The same analysis indicated the market registered 127,920 square feet of negative absorption during the fourth quarter with nearly 2.1 million square feet under construction, mostly in the BWI and Columbia submarkets. LEBANON -- This month customers of the Warren County Stormwater District will begin paying a $12 charge for stormwater management. Owners of developed residential, commercial and industrial property will pay the annual fee.
