CHICAGO - Former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich said he's saddened and hurt, but not surprised, by a federal corruption indictment.
Blagojevich and five others were charged Thursday with a host of corrupt acts, including trying to auction off President Barack Obama's vacant U.S. Senate seat.

The ghost of Christmas present arrived a bit early for Rod Blagojevich - at about 6 a.m. on Dec. 9 to be exact - in the form of an FBI agent bearing handcuffs and an arrest warrant.
