Also, the agency appointed Christopher M. Karl a tax staff accountant and Scott J. Guenther a staff accountant in the Buffalo office. Karl is completing his MBA at Niagara University. He previously worked as a staff accountant with Edward L. Arcara, CPA, in Buffalo.
