The Eighth Circuit has affirmed a ruling in favor of the FBI on Leonard Peltier's Freedom of Information Act request.

Interim Technology Director Harrison Boyd told a City Council committee today he has instituted a performance review and audit investigation into the city's crime cameras contracts.
