Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., and Rep. Nick Rahall are speaking out against China's "track record" of manipulating its currency. Manchin is co-sponsoring the Currency Reform for Fair Trade Act, which would allow the U.S. government to charge import taxes on any goods received from countries that illegally manipulate and undervalue their currency.
