The Department of Commerce (Department) received timely requests to conduct administrative reviews of the antidumping duty orders on certain frozen warmwater shrimp (shrimp) from Brazil, India, and Thailand. The anniversary month of these orders is February. In accordance with 19 CFR 351.221, we are initiating these administrative reviews. The Department received a request to revoke one antidumping duty order in part.

In October 2006, the GASB released a much anticipated invitation to comment (ITC) document on Fund Balance Reporting and Governmental Fund Type Definitions. The GASB is considering the possibility of "tightening" the definition of several of the governmental fund types to promote greater comparability in practice. The current definitions of the capital projects and debt service fund types do not address the type of limitation on resource use necessary to justify the use of those fund types. The ITC suggests two possibilities: 1. Limit the use of those fund types to resources whose use is either restricted or legally limited. 2. Allow those funds to be used, not only for resources whose use is either restricted or legally limited, but also for any resources publicly intended by the gover...
