• 166 Humana Health Benefit Plan of Louisiana Workers Return to Metairie Wednesday

Nine months after Hurricane Katrina displaced them, 166 employees of Humana Health Benefit Plan of Louisiana Inc. will return to their offices at One Galleria Boulevard in Metairie with a 9 a.m. celebration Wednesday. We, along with many others, have been anxious to return to the area and to this community, but have faced significant hurdles in doing so, said Jamie Schlottman, president of Humana Health Benefit Plan of Louisiana Inc. While we worked to rebuild, we did everything we could to ensure our members had continued access to quality care. Now that we're officially back, we believe we're well-poised to continue helping the community rebuild, and we look forward to providing them all the health services they need.
