Kelly, assistant secretary of state for East Asian and Pacific affairs at a hearing of the House International Relations Committee on Taiwan, in April 21, 2004 are presented. Jonathan "Jock" Scharfen, who has served with distinction as Chief Counsel and Deputy Staff Director, has departed to assume the post of Deputy Director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. WASHINGTON, Jan. 27 /U.S. Newswire/ -- U.S. Rep. Henry J.
