The lawyer for an East End couple whose legal dispute with a neighboring women's shelter was resolved this week released more details about the settlement on Thursday.
Rea of Hope Fellowship Home, Inc., a non-profit transitional home for women in recovery from alcohol and drug addiction, agreed to pay Mark Toor and Allyn Turner $30,000, according to a copy of the settlement agreement provided to the Gazette by Toor and Turner's lawyer, Mark Swartz.
