The crash happened about 4:15a.m. on Virginia 57, about seven- tenths of a mile west of Virginia 609, Virginia State Police said.

Henry Babula worked many overnight shifts while a police officer. It was the only way he could achieve his goal of a college education.
He joined the Hasbrouck Heights force in 1947, after his wartime Navy service and a brief stint at Manhattan Rubber Works. He made sergeant in 1959, then enrolled at Seton Hall University.

State police are investigating after someone fired shots into an occupied home in Henry Clay Township, Fayette County.
Police said Dale Allen Lytle, 34, of Confluence, Somerset County, was inside an apartment on Tub Run Road at 12:47 a.m. Thursday when the shots were fired.

YUMA, Ariz. - Arizona authorities said they have arrested a man who robbed a Yuma bank then went and spent some of the stolen money on beer and pizza at a nearby restaurant.
Yuma police said Henry Elmer, 56, has been booked into county jail on a variety of robbery and theft-related charges.
