Henry Schein Inc. is near inking a long-term lease for 80 Bayliss Road, a 150,000-square-foot office building where the distributor of health care products plans, in part, to relocate its back-office operations from 2 Huntington Quadrangle, according to real estate sources familiar with the proceedings.
The deal, which is subject to the buyout or re-lease of space currently held by tenants including Washington Mutual, FirstData, Verizon Wireless and Catholic Health Charities, would end Henry Schein's hunt for new space to consolidate its Long Island holdings.

Bidding was completed on March 19, with a contract award to Earth Construction LLC of Orfordville in the amount of $147,400.00. Bidding ranged from Earth Construction's low bid to $428,800 submitted by Henry R. Marohl Inc. of Wauwatosa.
