An O'Fallon company is being sued by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on behalf of a former employee who said she was fired for complaining about sexual harassment on the job. According to the lawsuit filed Sept. 29 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, Trinity Products Inc., a manufacturer of billboards and sign posts, violated federal law when a supervisor sexually harassed Rebecca Holland and then replaced her when she complained to company managers.
