  • DES MOINES - Iowa Attorney General Tom Miller has filed a consumer fraud lawsuit against a Des Moines company, accusing it of misleading people about the percentage of donations kept by the business. Miller announced at a news conference Wednesday that he also is joining prosecutors in 31 other states in suing a Milwaukee company, Community Support, Inc.
