Ms. , 83, of 118 S. Old Church St., entered into eternal rest Monday, June 16, 2008, at the Southside Regional Medical Center, Petersburg, Va. She was born in Petersburg, Va. (Blandford), on June 19, 1924, to the late William H. Caperton Sr. and Ruth Macklin Caperton Montgomery. Eunice was also preceded in death by her stepfather, John Montgomery, and brother, William H. Caperton. She accepted Christ at an early age and joined First Baptist Church, where she was a faithful and dutiful Christian worker for many years. She served in many capacities at the church to include chairperson of the Kitchen Committee, where she served tireless. She served as assistant Sunday School teacher for the Junior and Intermediate class, and as an instructor for Vacation Bible School. Sh...

This announcement contains the names of the awardees and the amounts of the awards made available by HUD in 2010. A Federal Register notice on this action was not published at the time; however, the public was advised of these grant selections since they were posted on HUD's Web site.
