Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, at St. Raphael's Cathedral, Dubuque. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Key West, Iowa. Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 22, at Behr Funeral Home, 1491 Main St., Dubuque, where there will be at wake service at 4 p.m.

Grace Armstrong Roberta Grace Brown Armstrong, 89, of Staunton, Va., died Friday, October 31, 2008, at her home.
FORT SMITH, Ark. - Grace Veronica Brown, 50, died June 28, 2007, in a local hospital. She was a certified public accountant and a former vice-president of finance for Beverly Healthcare. She was formerly of Virginia Beach. She is survived by her husband, Carl Brown of the home; two stepdaughters, Amy Gay and Ashley Lilly, both of Richmond, Va.; god son, Jackson Forcey of Fort Smith; sister, Ann Powell; and brother, Ron Dunphy, both of Chesapeake.
