  • Goodwill Industries International, Inc. has begun construction of a new 5,112-square-foot shell building in Northeast Portland. The building is located at 1450 N.E. 122nd Ave. Dale Emanuel, public relations representative for Goodwill, said the building will house three retail tenants but said she was unable to name the tenants. The building is slated to open in April or May.
