  • When Pasadena resident Garrett Zinck began the community outreach portion of his senior practicum, the Annapolis Area Christian School student decided to do something for the seniors in the community. He thought he could do something where his grandparents, Lois and Edward Zinck, lived - the Park View Senior Living in Glen Burnie. Garrett wanted to cook a real Italian dinner for the residents at Park View. But first, he needed to learn how to cook. So, one day after school he went up to Bella Napoli Italian Restaurant and introduced himself to owner Pasquale Carannante and discussed his project with him. Carannante agreed to help him and their friendship and cooking lessons began.
