PROPOSED REDISTRIBUTION OF PROGRAM FUNDING FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM BY THE STATE OF GEORGIA
The State's Citizen Participation Plan governs the implementation of the State of Georgia's Consolidated Plan which describes the allocation of federal and other associated funds for its HOME Investment Partnership Program ("HOME Program"). This Plan requires that the State allow citizens the opportunity to provide public comment on the redistribution of the total funds allocated to its programs when the redistribution exceeds 50% of the total funds allocated to the program.
