NEW HAVEN -- A prostitution sting netted the arrests of seven women and two men in the city's Edgewood neighborhood. Responding to reports from neighbors and on the SeeClickFix.com website, undercover officers posed as "johns" and picked up nine people on prostitution charges Wednesday. A unicorn dwells in far northern Manhattan, woven into a series of medieval tapestries at the Cloisters, a branch of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in Fort Tryon Park, just across the Hudson River from Bergen County.
The Cloisters were assembled from the ruins of a 15th-century Carmelite convent and other monastic sites in southern France, acquired in the early 20th century by American sculptor George Grey Barnard. Here's where to dine in the area.
