Attorney General Chris Koster has asked the Missouri Supreme Court to set execution dates for two men. Allen Nicklasson was found guilty in 1996 of first-degree murder for the death of Richard Drummond. Nicklasson was the trigger-man in the 1994 killing. Another man involved in the crime, Dennis Skillicorn was executed last May.

LITTLE ROCK - Executioners administering lethal injections in Arkansas will check for fluttering eyelids and shake condemned inmates to assure they are unconscious before delivering the two final drugs to carry out the death penalty, a revised state protocol says.
