Atlanta Gas Light Company ("AGLC") will be filing a capacity supply plan with the Georgia Public Service Commission on or before July 2 of this year pursuant to the Georgia Natural Gas Competition and Deregulation Act, O.C.G.A. 46-4-150 et seq. and the Georgia Public Service Commission's April 18, 2007 Procedural and Scheduling Order.
