Latrobe's planning commission Tuesday approved preliminary plans for City Brewing's proposed $7.5 million wastewater treatment facility.
The plant, which will go on a 100-by-130 foot parcel, will sit along the intersection of Jefferson and 33rd streets. It will consist of six tanks, with the biggest measuring 31 feet in diameter and standing 40 feet high, said Bob Dengler, project manager for Gannett Fleming, a Pittsburgh-based engineering consulting firm.
