The Atlanta Falcons' quarterback and former Virginia Tech star was expected to appear at a bond hearing and enter a plea on dogfighting conspiracy charges.
ANKARA, Turkey - A militant Kurdish group claimed responsibility for a bomb Sunday in a resort town on Turkey's Aegean coast that wounded 20 people, a pro-Kurdish news agency reported. The Germany-based Mezopo-tamya News Agency, which often reports rebel statements, said the shadowy Kurdistan Freedom Falcons Organization, or TAK, claimed responsibility for the blast in the town of Cesme.

Federal prosecutors allege the operation - known as Bad Newz Kennels - operated on Vick's property in rural Surry County.
