The 110 condemned properties in the City of Lancaster represent six-tenths of a percent of the city's approximately 18,000 buildings and is in line with the city's annual average, said Randy Patterson, the city's director of economic development and neighborhood revitalization. The major difference, Patterson said, is the increased number of properties (22) being offered for sale by the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Lancaster.
