Pursuant to Civ.R. 60(B), the trial court did not abuse its discretion in finding that Appellee alleged a meritorious defense to Appellants breach of contract claim. The trial court also did not abuse its discretion in finding that Appellees alleged a meritorious defense to Appellants fraudulent transfer claim. The record demonstrates attorney neglect of an extraordinary nature, and also that Appellees were diligent clients. Accordingly, the trial court properly found that the attorneys conduct should not be imputed to Appellees, and it properly determined that Appellees were entitled to relief pursuant to Civ.R. 60(B)(5). Judgment affirmed.
